Half term homework:



Homework will be on purple mash. It is a mixed assessment of everything covered this half term. Find it in your 2do's. 



Make sure you are doing 20 minutes of reading every night! 



Handwriting and spelling sheets will be given out. Make sure you are practicing for our spelling test on Tuesday! 



After half term we will be looking at European fairytales in literacy. Half term homework will be to make a fairytale castle out of any unwanted items, eg. boxes, tissue rolls, water bottles etc. There are some examples below of what your castle might look like. There is also a youtube video below showing you an easy way of making your castle! Have fun! :) 


Homework Expectations 


Purple Mash - 

2Dos will be set on Purple Mash to allow students to deepen their understanding of what is being taught at school. The aim of this homework is to review and revise areas of the curriculum using short activities that will engage students and extend their learning. 


Reading - All KS2 students are expected to read for at least 20 minutes every night. Reading records should be monitored and signed at home regularly. 

If any member of your household is getting a coronavirus test, please do not send your children into school until you know the results of these tests............................. All dinner monies for years 3-6 must be paid in advance on Parent Pay, dinner money is £11:50 per week per child...........................................
