Self Defence

Do your children use the public transport or walk to and from school?

How many of those numbers can say...

I know how to be safe?

I have an understanding of how to protect myself?

I have a general idea of what I can and can’t do to protect myself, within the Law of the country?

Very few people take personal safety as seriously as they should.  Most people say it’s not for me, I can’t do that and it won’t happen to me.  Unfortunately we are all potential victims therefore it is for everyone, you can do it let’s try and make it so it won’t happen to you!

Often people are put off of self defence because they presume you have to have a martial arts back ground and lots of clubs do offer martial art based self defence.  We don’t!  We provide the participant with practical physical skills for effective self-defence, confidence in themselves and their ability and improved personal and situational awareness.  Topics covered can include assault, car safety, home invasion, sexual assault and car jacking.

We deliver a number of different training options for schools/colleges ranging from bespoke to a general course (covering as much as time permits).  The courses/seminars are run by both male and female instructors.  All our instructors are a fully insured, hold current up to date DBS, Child Protection Certified, First Aid and Paediatric First Aid qualified and adhere to a strict code of conduct.
