The school provides feedback and meets with parents. 

Learning Concern : Parent/carer meets with the class teacher 

SEN Concern: Parent / Carer meets with the Inclusion Leader or Assistant Leader 

Child Protection Concern: Parent/Carer meets with the Headteacher or member of the safeguarding team

 

Question: What are the next steps?

The school provides feedback and meets with parents / carers. 

School contacts designated services such as :police, Social Services, CAMHS, Enfield Parents & Children, Educational Psychologist, Speech & Language Therapist, Early Years School Intervention, Turnaround, Dazu, School Nurse, or any other service that may support the child/family 

*Informal discussions are not documented; however, formal meetings will be logged and kept on the child's file
